Britain Loves Bingo!

|

According to a new article in the Daily Star, Britains are once again falling in love with Bingo.

Well of course, what's not to love? Fun, games, friends and free bonuses!

They also outlined some fun Bingo Facts:

Did you know that Bingo was invented by the Romans?

Bingo used to be called "beano" as it was played with bean "counters", and it was only in 1929 that the western world started to call it Bingo after one excited player got so excited at his win that he shouted out BINGO!

Want to win? Here are some lucky Bingo statistics:

Susan's are the luckiest women in the UK, as players with this name have won more than any others... £69million over the past five years.

Birmingham is Britain’s luckiest city, with residents scooping more jackpot wins than those of any other in the UK

If your star sign is Taurus you have a higher chance of winning... or so the statistic say.

That's it! I'm changing my name to Susan or Sue, now if only I can find a Taurus date.

Britain is probably the only nation that has a population of bingo players that are below the age of forty. In North America, nearly all players are above fifty years of age.
